Corporate governance involvesnearly every aspect of management, from action plans and internal controls to performanceassessmentandcorporatetransparency,becauseitoffersthefoundationforachievingacom pany'sobjectives. The primary stakeholderinfluencing corporate governanceis the Board of Directors. The roles and responsibilities of the board influence the quality of financial reporting. Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) is ensured by the Board of Directors, which also refers to the degree to which a financial statement provides adequate and authentic information about the company's financial position and performance. Hence, the study investigated the impact of the Board of directors on financial reporting quality in Jordanian Insurance Companies. The qualitative characteristics considered for the study were awareness and roles and responsibilities of the Board. The empirical evidence was obtained using the regression technique and a onesample test based on a data sample of 19 Jordanian insurance companies. The study found that the awareness of the Board influences improving the quality of financial reporting.

Entrepreneurship is the art of identifying opportunities, getting resources, planning, and executing in a timely manner. Institutional Incubators will be an effective tool for understanding entrepreneurship and developing new businesses among students in recent days. Entrepreneurial training will assist students in identifying opportunities, business development, venture creation, and successful career advancement, resulting in the creation of direct and indirect jobs. The purpose of this article is to look into a student's entrepreneurial goal and the impact that entrepreneurship task and activities have on that entrepreneurial intention. Purposive sampling was used in this research. According to the findings, entrepreneurial training and initiatives have a significant impact on students' entrepreneurial intentions. The analysis of entrepreneurial intention's results depicts that mean score value indicates that students from arts and science colleges have a high level of entrepreneurial intention and positive relationship between two variables shows increasing the entrepreneurial training and student incubation influences the entrepreneurial intention of the students. It effectively led to more budding entrepreneurs and new start-ups from the students of Arts and Science Colleges.

Eyes-we all know that this is the best gift god give us. All the things happen around us, this whole world is visible to us, because of eyes. We can also say that we are very blessing for this precious gift. But there are some people who can’t able to see the things happen around them, they can’t see what’s going on their surrounding areas, because they are blind or they lost their vision permanently. Those people face many challenges in their daily life. They used walking cane, or stick to move and detection of any object. But stick is not give proper results and it is used for limited range. There are many types of sticks and other devices are available in market but they are very expensive, so poor people can’t buy it. This paper presents smart shoes for blind person. This smart shoe is easy to use and it creates user-friendly environment for blind person. It is wearable system. And it is not expensive. In this ultrasonic sensor, buzzer, battery, Arduino Uno and jumper wires are used.

Our approach combines everything-or-nothing-transform to provide robust resource protection with carefully planned techniques for resource cutting and decentralized storage network allocation. We handle both availability and security assurances, evaluate them simultaneously in our approach and allow resource owners to govern their environment.
