		<Abstract>The deaf and dumb people widely use sign languagefor communication however they find it difficult tocommunicate with people who dont understand Sign LanguageIn this paper a Hand Pose Recognitionbased sign languageInterpreter HPRSLI system is proposed which translates signlanguage using Natural Language Processing NLP Signlanguages are expressed by hand and come in combination withelements such as postures body movements head eyebrowseyes face and mouth which are used in different combinationsto present several pieces of information The HPRSLI systemenables consecutive sign languages to be translated into readableEnglish A hand pose recognition method based on an ArtificialNeural Network ANN and a language processing system basedon a TexttoText Transfer Transformer T5 model which isassisted by a tokenizer The proposed system can be deployed asa mobile application or into a physical device designedspecifically for the intended purpose The whole idea of thepaper is to design and develop a system that significantly lowersthe communication gap between the speechhearing impairedand the normal world The technology HPRSLI aims to helpPwDs Person with Disabilities overcome most of theirdisadvantages and enable them to communicate and developbetter social relationships to lead a normal life in the society</Abstract>
